The Tracy Andrus Foundation is pleased to announce that we have received grant funds to assist persons in Brewster, Culberson, Fannin, Grayson, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, Lubbock and Presidio counties with mortgage assistance services. We are reaching out to you in hopes that you will make an announcement to the citizens in your county and other entities who may need assistance. Our application for assistance is located on our website at www.tracyandrusfoundation.com under the TEMAP Program tab. We can provide up to 6 months of assistance with 5 months of arrears for those who qualify for the assistance.

Jeff Davis County is soliciting service providers to apply for the proposed Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Energy Improvement in Rural or Remote Areas Fixed Award (ERA) Grant Program funded through the United States Department of Energy (USDOE) program(s). Accordingly, Jeff Davis County seeks to contract with a qualified engineer/architect/surveying (individual/firm) to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, conduct all necessary interim and final inspections, carry out grant contract activities, environmental review, and construction management of BIL ERA eligible projects. Please electronically submit your SOQ in .pdf format via email to  ems@jeffdaviscounty.texas.gov  Statements of Qualifications must be received by Jeff Davis County no later than 2:00PM  on July 25, 2023 to be considered. Jeff Davis County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit SOQs and may award one or more contracts to one or more service provider(s). Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
